Our product is a downloadable Excel add-in that requires a license key to activate. Due to the nature of digital software and licensing, we are unable to offer refunds once:

• The product has been downloaded, and
• A license key has been issued or activated

We encourage you to ensure that the product is compatible with your system (Windows & Excel) before completing your purchase.

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• You purchased the add-in and activated your license key
• You encountered a compatibility issue after activation (our software only works Microsoft Excel both Windows and MacOS)
• You changed your mind or no longer need the product

We may offer a refund only in the following rare situations:

• You purchased multiple licenses by mistake and notify us before activating them
• You experienced a technical issue that cannot be resolved, and you have not yet activated your license
