We provide an Excel add-in designed to streamline the process of inserting and managing images within Excel spreadsheets. The add-in is only compatible with Microsoft Excel on Windows. It is not supported on macOS or Excel Online.

All licenses are sold per user and per device. This means:

• A separate license is required for each individual user.
• A license may only be used on one device unless otherwise agreed in writing.

License sharing, redistribution, or installation on multiple machines without a valid license for each is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of the license.

All payments are processed securely through Pagadito. We do not store or process any credit card or payment data on our servers.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link and your license key via email.

The Excel add-in requires an internet connection to validate the license key upon installation or periodically during use. This process is secure and does not collect any personal data from your device.

Due to the nature of digital products and license key issuance, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the add-in has been downloaded and the license key delivered, except where required by applicable law.

We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Support does not include custom development, advanced troubleshooting outside our product, or support for Excel itself.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the add-in
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the add-in
• Use the add-in without a valid license

Violation of these terms may result in license termination without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the add-in, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or compatibility issues.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes arising from the use of our software will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panama City, Panama.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
